Use it to journal your weight, meals, fluids, body movement, sleep quality, and mood. Set your intentions each morning and reflect on them each evening and day by day, you’ll come closer to your goal of losing Finally and Forever.

Use The Livy Method app to:

- Journal your morning routine by logging your weight, sleep quality, setting your intentions for the day and watching the daily check-in video.

- Throughout the day, journal your food choices by checking off the components of each meal, keep track of your fluids, and any daily movement.

- In the evening, use your journal to reflect on your day and set your goals for the next.

- Use the app to connect with the larger Livy Method Facebook group and community using the easy-to-follow guides.

- You can also set reminders to track the habits most important to your weight loss journey to help make the process more individual to your needs.
